Why it works
Soft, high‑protein, portion‑controlled, and kids love anything mini.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey (or chicken)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt + pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. (Also easy to make on the bake setting of an air fryer)
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Scoop into a muffin tin (sprayed).
- Bake 18–20 minutes until cooked through.
- For kids: add a little extra ketchup on top.
- For you: serve with a small side of mashed cauliflower or cottage cheese if tolerated.
