Raspberry Jam

I’ve seen this recipe all over social media and needed something to top my yogurt for work tomorrow so figured I’d try it.

I forgot to take a picture with the raspberries before I heated them up, oops!

You need:

2 cups frozen raspberries

2 tbsp honey

1/4 cup chia seeds

Juice from one lemon

Put the raspberries in a pot and heat until you can mash them up with a potato masher. Warning: warm raspberries smell nasty! I was convinced I did something wrong.

Once they’re all mashed add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.

All ingredients mixed

Let cool a little then pour into a container and store in the fridge. I love these containers as they are not bulky but are leak proof and hold a lot!

Finished product. Can‘t wait to have this with my yogurt tomorrow!
