Protein-Packed Pizza Roll-Ups (Air Fryer or Oven)

Kids think it’s pizza. You get protein without heavy bread.

Ingredients

  • Low‑carb tortilla or egg wrap
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 4–6 turkey pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Spread sauce on the wrap.
  2. Add cheese + pepperoni.
  3. Roll tightly.
  4. Air fry at 375°F for 5–6 minutes (or bake 10 minutes).
  5. Slice into pinwheels.
