Cheesy Turkey Mini Meatloaves

Why it works

Soft, high‑protein, portion‑controlled, and kids love anything mini.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey (or chicken)
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt + pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. (Also easy to make on the bake setting of an air fryer)
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Scoop into a muffin tin (sprayed).
  4. Bake 18–20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. For kids: add a little extra ketchup on top.
  6. For you: serve with a small side of mashed cauliflower or cottage cheese if tolerated.

  • Calories: ~120
  • Protein: ~15g
  • Carbs: ~2g
  • Fat: ~5g

Kid Portion

2 mini meatloaves

  • Calories: ~240
  • Protein: ~30g
  • Carbs: ~4g
  • Fat: ~10g
